Hey dA-ers.

Wow, am I pumped or what?!

Last night I posted a photo of my Trailer Park Boys Mini Munny's on the Trailer Park Boys Facebook page. First off, Mike Smith (Bubbles himself) shared my photo on his own page and said he wants a set! Then hundreds of people commented, liked, and shared my work! I am so happy! I got a bunch more "Likes" on my Facebook page (Everything Erika Art Shop) and so much love! You're all awesome. Beyond awesome, really!

So now I'm hoping that I can re-create these little guys for anyone who wants them. First, I need permission from the TPB crew. I sent off an email, and am hoping to hear back soon. So excited!

Just so everyone knows:

My Mini Munny's begin as a blank, vinyl figurine that is 4" tall. They're cute little fellas that you can turn into just about anything/anyone. They all come with a random little accessory. My very first Mini Munny came with a pair of big glasses. I knew instantly what I had to make: Bubbles. I have also made a Master Chief, a Duke Nukem, and a Medieval Knight (see them in my gallery). I'm planning on doing a Raoul Duke, too. He just needs painting.

Anyway... I eventually made Ricky and Julian, and they became a set. They're happily and proudly displayed on my dresser. I'm sincerely hoping the Mike Smith can be the first one to own the set. After they're gone, I'll happily make more! I just need to get my hands on some more Mini Munny's (original retailer doesn't have them in stock) and sculpt/paint away!
